How to delete your account ?
Delete Member Data as Self:
- Open the Tifamily app.
- Tap on the card view displaying your information (usually found in the bottom sheet).
- Click on the “Leave Family” icon located in the top right corner.
- An alert dialog will appear, warning that this action will erase all your data and cannot be undone.
- Confirm by tapping “Leave.”
Following these steps will ensure that the member’s data is deleted.
Delete Member Data as Family Admin:
- Open the Tifamily app.
- Tap on the member card view (usually found in the bottom sheet).
- Click on the “Remove Member” icon located in the top right corner.
- Confirm by entering your family password.
- Tap on “Remove.”
Following these steps will ensure that the member’s data is deleted.
For deleting the entire family data:
- Open the Tifamily app.
- Tap on the “Profile” menu located in the bottom right corner.
- Select “Settings.”
- Navigate to the “Account” section.
- Choose “Delete Account.”
- Confirm your family password.
- Acknowledge that this action cannot be undone.
- Tap on “Delete.”
Following these steps will ensure that the family’s data is deleted.
After completing these steps, you will be redirected to an email. Please send that email, and the account deletion process will proceed.
